My vestibular therapist (vertigo therapy) uses VR for helping patients overcome dizziness by encouraging Neural Plasticity. The MQ3 is helping as well. I excited to see my mixed AR / VR titles because what little I have seen so far it will be fascinating and fun. I do love immersive VR but I know AR will be very useful for creativity and endless possibilities with games. I modified with magnet connectors for preservation of the charging ports.

All i can say is this is the best.I play it every day with my friends and by myself. This is so far advance than Quest 2 The hand controllers are made better On my quest 2 the left controller had to be replaced two times I am still learning more about it

Add home screen customization

I want to be able to completely customize what I see when first putting on the headset, 90% of the stuff there currently is useless to me and will be ignored.

Fun and uncomfortable

The quest is fun but wearing everything is not comfortable. Meta sells items to make the controllers easier to hold and the system comfortable on your face, but I think these should come standard with the device. Just another big corporation trying to squeeze money out of the little guy. Other than that it’s fun to play!

A huge leap forward in immerse gaming

I have had nothing but fun out of the quest 3 my daughters have been playing with it as well. The pass through function and the camera quality are was amaze me the most the AR games are by far our fwvorit

Worth the Wait!

After enjoying the Quest 2 for several years, I was excited to pre-order the Quest 3, and even more excited when the package arrived. After several weeks of use, I am a happy customer.
The Quest 3 headset is much more comfortable (and lighter) than the older version. The amazing graphics are much improved, as are many of the features (only a few of which I have really tested.)
The setup was fast and simple. The controls are smaller and lighter. The battery lasts much longer.
And my avatar has feet!
All in all, a great upgrade. Good job, Meta!

Nice upgrade

Came from cv1 to quest 3. Visuals are a huge upgrade, screen door effect is virtually nonexistent. Clarity is amazing. Standalone vr vs pcvr is neat I suppose. I’m always tethered to a power supply so no major change in physical experience, graphics on standalone are not yet pcvr level. I really like the new passthrough and I do like having a web browser in the headset and virtual desktop to my pc in ar is amazing for 2d games and typical work tasks with a Bluetooth mouse and keyboard. Movie watching is great on it. Comfort with stock strap is ok for a demo or very short session but not for hours like a movie etc, elite strap is better but still gets slightly uncomfortable towards the end of a movie. Going 3rd party might be needed for all day sessions. Very much worth the purchase, a new consumer grade standard for sure. Excited to see where it goes from here.
