Ton of Fun (Almost Perfect)

The Quest 3 is awesome. It’s a super fun product that is a definite step above the Quest 2. The graphics, FOV, and performance are amazing for a stand alone headset. The new pass through cameras are far better than before, but they are still pretty grainy and don’t live up to the expectations Meta advertised. I also wish there were a couple more quest 3 optimized (or even exclusive) games at launch.

It’s good, but a few bad things

The fabric on the quest really hurts when it rubs, would be a lot better if came with the quest two rubber one instead, the new head strap feels a lot better and more comfortable, games and graphics are amazing, need absolute perfect lighting for the pass through to look good however., but I understand it’s all still new technology.

I upgraded form the quest one to the quest three, and the improvements between them are huge, color passthrough itself is really cool, and I'm excited for the features that should be coming in future updates

This vr headset is awesome! I use it mainly for MSFS 2020 and Asetto Corsa! The resolution gain is quite noticeable too! It does get a little hot and I’ve had it to crash a couple of times to where I had to hold the power plus volume down to get it to work again. The strap still leaves a bit to be desired so I purchased an aftermarket one that works well. The mixed reality is also very good and will only get better as new MR games and apps are released. Overall a great purchase and I will def recommend to family and friends.

A great introduction to an immersive industry

- Default strap is not comfortable. Meta's Elite strap is overpriced. I will be getting a BOBOVR M3 Pro

1st I own GO/QUEST/QUEST 2/ QUEST 3.
terrible battery life ! stupid white head strap soils and stains instantly constantly readjusting. unbelievable cheap adjustment to visor depth. overpriced accessories

Only reason why it's getting 4 stars and not 3 is because the strap that comes with the headset is horrible and very uncomfortable, buying the upgrading one for the money its worth is not worth it and getting a 3rd party strap is always better

Excellent progress

This is a big step forward. Setup was far easier than the previous one. The pass-through vision thing is a break-through. It is a much bigger deal in actual use than I thought it would be. Still could use improvements to navigation and finding things.
