Quest 2 to Quest 3 Review

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who entered the Meta ecosystem with the Quest 2, the improvements iterated upon in the Quest 3 are readily apparent. All of my Quest 2 games ran smoother, and the new titles geared towards the Quest 3 feel amazing to play. I was surprised at how small and light the Quest 3 was compared to the Quest 2. My only gripe is that the strap the Quest 3 shipped with was a little uncomfortable around the ears. Buying a better strap fixed that, but I do wish that these units would ship with comfier straps instead of making the user buy a better one. Strap aside, it is a great headset that is a noticeable step-up compared to its predecessor.

The best VR system I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upon my first time using the Quest 3, I instantly fell in love. Very easy to set up, the elite strap is a must have for the perfect experience. I also love that I can watch YouTube or something on the VR while also seeing the environment around me if I wanted to. A must-own for people that love the VR life

It’s a great headset

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a great headset… not as heavy as the quest 2 and I do like mixed reality and some of the other games built for the quest 3… although I do like the changes to the controllers I wish they had kept the rings from the quest 3 becuz it made it easier to hold the controller

Amazing unit ruined by poor controller tracking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everything about the actual head unit is a big improvement over the quest 2. The lens and resolution are truly a huge leap forward. I love everything about this except the poor tracking makes this a useless paperweight. I wanted to love it and I tried working around the poor tracking issues but they just kept coming up. I bought each son a quest 3 and they both had the same complains. Amazing… except controller tracking. Makes Beat Saber unplayable for the higher difficulty tracks. So disappointed. They and I really wanted to love them but always tracking issues. Had to return both units. Seriously disappointing.

Stopped working

I changed the batteries and still nothing. It tries to use just hand gestures and they didn't have that all sorted out yet . Would like money back, or a brand new Meta 3 sent to me please!
