Firstly, the headset comes in a nice material bag to keep it stored safely when not in use or for transporting which is always a bonus.

More importantly, the headset itself. Easy to use, simple plug and play. The audio quality is crisp and clear and the headset has easy controls to change volume, mute and pickup a call. I really like that it can also be used via USB or USB-C as it comes with adapter already.
One ear headset is perfect for me to still hear surroundings and if it is good for you I would highly recommend this as an option.
No faults. No complaints . As expected a quality item from HP.

Easy to set it up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The HP Poly Blackwire 5210 is a very good headset that has been perfect for long working days. It's incredibly comfortable thanks to the soft cushioned headband and it doesn't dig on my head.
Both the audio and the microphone are very clear.
The controls are easy to use and it's very simple to set it up as you just plug it on the computer and because there's no cords, you don't need to remember to charge it or you don't run out of battery when in the middle of a long meeting.

Bulky product in comparison to other headsets

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately, I sending these back because I found them to be too bulky. They would have been good value if they were suitable but aside from the size of them, the sound quality and level was also not great. On the maximum sound setting, I could barely hear my customer although she could hear me perfectly.

He loved the built in microphone and people hear him clearly, as he's having a YouTube channel and it's really good for him. They are really good for the price
