I am very disappointed in that I have had trouble with connecting my printer, my Book external storage will not connect. Support said I had a virus when attempting to connect my printer. This was unacceptable as I purchased the anti virus program. The overall look is good, keys are small, screen is bright.

First, the full keyboard is backlit, which makes things great for travel. Especially on dark planes.
Second, it is lightning fast.
Third, Wolf Security has been a real benefit. It basically includes most levels of security, replacing other more expensive security suites (and it is easy).
Finally, this is probably the best laptop I have ever purchased, which is why I went back and bought a second one.
I would recommend this to a friend!
