I bought Bamboo chopping board & food grains mineral oil. Chopping board looks & feels great, no doubt about it.
My question is : Before using it first time, do I need to polish & let it dry?
And how does it take to dry?
I’ve called 1-800 #, under the current circumstances I understand there is no quick reply.

Perfect size board, I have two that I rotate. Made out of 100% bamboo it won't warp or fad. Love the juice grove and that both sides can be used.

This is a great solid bamboo cutting board! It will protect the integrity of your knives when cutting, and has a space for juices to run into so you don't make a mess. It is also extremely affordable!
I would recommend this to a friend!

End-cut bamboo doesn't chip

This is an extremely durable cutting board. It will last with little maintenance. Because bamboo cutting boards are less porous than other woods they are less likely to absorb water and more likely to resist bacteria. The end-cut construction makes for a very sturdy board that requires little maintenance. No oiling necessary. Easy to manage weight.

Great sustainable cutting board

This is a great, all purpose cutting board made of sustainable bamboo. I love that there is a channel around the board that makes sure that juices don't go all over my countertop. It is nice and thick, so it doesn't move around while I'm using it so that I don't worry about it slipping when I'm cutting.

Nice juice canal surrounds. Heavy...no sliding. Recommend mineral oil to prevent stains/drying.

I am pleased with this cutting board. Its the perfect size for my kitchen work area. The bamboo holds up well to many uses and cleans up easily. I like how it has the channel on one side to cut cooked meats on and catch the juices.
