Nice Board

The cutting surface is nice - it doesn’t excessively dull my knives. The channel helps control liquid runoff. I bought the board from Cutlery and More on clearance for roughly the same price.
Must be kept very dry - the board has warped on me but is easy enough to correct. However, it is starting to split after approximately five months of heavy use.
I have no doubts that the board would not be splitting if it had stayed drier. It’s size could be larger, but I knew that going into it.

No problems after almost 2 years of use

This is my first substantial cutting board so I don't have much to compare it to, but it's worked great for me so far. I normally wash and dry it not long after use which might be why I never had warping or cracking issues like some of the other reviews. I first oiled it after over 1 year of use. It feels high quality, looks great, and doesn't seem to dull my knives very much considering it's bamboo. Overall a good buy for me.

This is a nice size cutting board. With it being bamboo, it’s nice and durable, easy to clean and it won’t dull out your knives like a plastic cutting board would. Looks great, a perfect addition to any kitchen.

Nice board. Great size. Good material to cut on. Always avoid glass, granite or marble cutting boards. I usually oil it when it seems dry.

You are going to want to season your wooden cutting boards, and avoid putting in the dishwasher; hand wash and dry; season every 3-6 months (depending on use). You’ll have a beautiful, long lasting, reliable for quite some time. Gotta take of them like you take care of your knives, the both compliment each other.

Love the bamboo for a cutting surface. It's soft and sturdy enough for Easter and Western style knives. the well is just enough to capture the any juices. Substantial board!! I put a non skid liner underneath for a little extra grip! looks great on my counter! The wood grain compliments lots of shades.

One side for meat and one side for vegetable and breads. This cutting board is also good for cutting and slicing cheese.
