After a month the lag from controller to device was significant and sometimes didn't pick up the correct button input. Spend more ans buy something that's worth it.
Non stop intermittency issues. severe lag. loss of connection. Random power-off. Some Buttons stop working. Home button wont wake console from sleep. missing functionality. Useless redundant buttons. honestly dont waste your money on this product. its a scammy high margin bs way to make money on your desire for a real controller. Issues were immediate out of the box. Charging did nothing. Bought two - both have the same poor behaviour. the nintendo joy-cons dont have these issues and neither do the 2 pro controllers i bought. These Surge controllers fail. I cant imagine how these ever made it past design or QC testing. Clearly best buy never bothered to try these before stocking and selling them.
We followed the instructions, looked up tips on the web, but nothing we did could make this controller pair with the Nintendo Switch. It charged and had power, but would not synch. Returned it.

It was great price and decent quality. It was working well for three months but all of a sudden I cant connect to my switch. I tried reseting it and no luck. Very disappointed. I should have bought the nintendo pro controller.
I bought this controller as a wireless controller because the joy-cons were REALLY small, it works AMAZING other than the fact that the rumble is insane, it's a good price so other than that rumble bit, I would totally get it again!
