I've never heard sound like this before, I was blown away and the bass is earth shattering!
Playing pc games is great.
Watching movies is great.
Even listening to music is great. 😁

Near perfection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had no idea how this was going to change the experience watching movies. We have an open layout living room/ dining room and this system absolutely fills it and reels us into the films.
Honestly, the only thing keeping it from a perfect 5 star is only that I wish it has a means to connect to the bottom of our TV mounted on the wall. It is a disservice to you and yours to not get a great audio setup while watching a film. Crisp 4k falls flat when you can't listen to the audio production as it was meant to be heard. This system delivers!

Awesome Surround Sound

Realistic thunder sounds have often confused me to look outside ngl. The prices is very apt for this awesome product.

Great sound for the size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The soundbar and woofer combination produce very clean sound for music, movies, tv shows, etc. This is irrespective of the system size. Combined with Q-Symphony, the combination is an excellent home theater experience.
The overall size was a very big selling point for me and I'm happy with the results.
The system is not as effective with the surround capabilities as would be dedicated speakers placed at ideal locations. But for me, the fact that I don't have to place speakers around my living room and find plugs for those speakers is a greater benefit to me than the more accurate surround sound (plus, can always add speakers later if desired)
A solid piece of kit for anyone looking to add a sturdy and effective sound system to their TV setup.

Does not always pair with Samsung TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our Samsung soundbar for watching news and streaming services. The device does not always pair with the TV. Sometimes I have to turn the two units off and then turn them on again to get them to pair. When it works it is fine, but it does seem awfully fussy and inconsistent.

If available, we recommend using the HDMI connection to your TV.
Connecting your soundbar to a TV through HDMI will provide the best audio and user experience, often eliminating any connection or delay issues you may be experiencing. There are 2 ways to connect your soundbar with HDMI: you can connect a device to your soundbar (like a Blu-ray player) and then connect the soundbar to the TV, or you can use HDMI ARC. The first method will give you the best possible sound from external devices you regularly use. ARC is the way to go if you want great sound from streaming apps on your TV and a soundbar.
Please be sure you have the latest firmware update. Updating the firmware on your soundbar gives you all the benefits of the latest improvements. When the Soundbar is connected to the Internet, Auto Update allows software to update automatically even when the Soundbar is turned off. You can also update your soundbar by using the SmartThings app. If not connected to the internet, you can download it onto a USB device, and then upload it to your soundbar - no wireless connection required. Connect the USB drive that contains the updated firmware to the SERVICE port of the Soundbar.
