The usb- c ports do not work so don't even consider buying.

If you haven't tried connecting other USB-C devices on the USB-C port of the Belkin F4U090, then try doing so for isolation and update us over email at BelkinCares@belkin.com so we can have this checked with our Product Experts. Will not do what you need it for.

Why was this product even created when it wont do what i EXPECTED it to: to charge the MacBook WHILE using wired mouse & headphones. To prospective buyers: this thing will NOT charge your MacBook. Poorly conceived product.

I bought this recently. While the USB (normal ) ports work. The USB-C ports do not seem to work i.e. cannot connect my power source or the monitor.

All of the mini hub's ports should work. Since its a plug and play device, it should have performed right off the bat. Try using different cables and verify if the setback persists. Thanks to all you reviewers who obviously bought this hub for the same reason I was ABOUT to buy one ... namely to keep my Macbook charging while simultaneously using USB-A and USB-C peripherals like storage or Ethernet.
To Belkin, I admit the your video and description *is* accurate, but you really aught to spell out that this hub will NOT answer the need that so many of us apparently have! To all you posters; sorry you wasted your money on this device but thank you for your posts so others like me don't follow in your footsteps.

I have a Pixelbook Go with two USB-C ports. One I use for charging, one for video out.
I got this so I can add a mouse. But it will not support video or power throughput. So it cannot go on either port and is not any use.

The Belkin USB-C™ 4-Port Mini Hub (USB Type-C™) is not a video-enabled USB-C hub and it cannot charge your source device since it is simply a USB hub. It can only provide port expansion for Type-C and legacy peripherals and devices.

Nowhere on the package where I bought this does it say that it doesn't support pass-through charging even though it comes with an AC adapter for who knows why. Will return it ASAP.

Does break WIFI nearly completely

Like for a few other users it shuts down my WIFI nearly completely. Theres still some traffic according to MenuMeters extension but this has no use when I am not able to use my WIFI with this plugged in. Belkin should fix this problem asap.
