This is easy to place and setup. I like that the QR can still be used without having to disassemble it. It works really well in capturing the wild life around my house, day and night.

The description says this has a 135° viewing field, but it does not start recording until someone is well within the viewing area. 90° at the most. I have had people walk in front of the camera and not be recorded until they are about 45° from where the camera is trained. Not at all what I was expecting!

I bought the S340 for a corner location in the backyard . It gave me full coverage for the corner with overlap to 2 other cameras. I moved the older camera to a blind spot . I used the corner bracket and a 4"×4" outdoor electric box to mount it because of the gutter at the corner. I like that it tracks subjects moving around the yard invited or not. I would buy it again in the future.

Bought this S340 camera for my lanai back on March 2026. It is now September 2026 and I received a fail on my solar that was powering up the camera. Reaching out to eufy as it is still under warranty to see about getting a replacement.

For having no Subscription fees this is an awesome camera!
Have had for a couple months now and is working fine. Only glitch is it sometimes takes a long time to load the stored videos. When I get up in the morning and check to see what was happening during the evening there will be no files shown. I get out of app an re-open or go to another camera, then return to this particular camera and there will be files available for viewing.
