After using and loving our first doorbell, we added on a second one for our patio door. It’s a great amount of security at very little cost. Great job Eufy!

Purchase of new A340 video doorbell.

My new doorbell works great. It took me about 20 minutes to install it and get it set up on the app. It does exactly what I wanted to do notifying me when there’s any motion and alerting me if there is someone at the door, ringing the doorbell. And also highlights of packages are left on your doorstep. I’ve been using it for about two weeks now and everything works very nicely.

Works well: software could be better

Camera was easy to install, works well. However, even with activity zones set and notifications turned off. I still receive notifications for vehicles that go by on the street. Option to set privacy zones then results in pan and tilt function being disabled. Also, camera does not detect one of the solar panels

Little disappointed

I have two of these cameras and bought the second one because I was so happy with the first one. This one seems to have some glitches that happen randomly. 1) doesn’t return to the default position every time. 2) misses activating on vehicles or people, randomly. My first one works great. The WiFi signal is good. I’ll plan to continue to adjust settings to see if it helps. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have it set to pick up people only a certain area picks up other things not supposed to outside the area as well. Otherwise they are good cameras.

Packed with features, but mostly I love the crisp image. Upgrade from a 2k camera and the difference is amazing. 🤩 the 3x zoom, I swear I can see insects! The price I got it on sale, so have to buy a few more and replace my older cameras. The solar panel is a bonus. No wires, no charging,
