Cameras are good, software is good also. The only complaint is it does not detach easily and battery lasted less than a month before needing to be charged.

Had 2 existing fixed cameras that work perfectly. Needed another PTZ to cover missing areas. I was concerned that adding another camera to the app would be difficult, but it was just the opposite, extremely easy. The camera works perfectly, exactly as advertised. We are very happy with these cameras.

Purchased this to replace my previous doorbell cam. This connected to the existing wiring and works with my old chime and it integrates with my eufy doorlock. That feature is a plus that I did not expect. I would highly recommend.
