Just what we needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using Professional S and Pro knifes for over 20 years now. Our collection finally outgrew the smaller block. Selected the 26 slot swivel and it came as expected, accommodates our knives and still has room to expand the collection. The swivel base is a nice and functional touch when multiple cooks are prepping. Great company. Great product.

Great Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received two packs as a gift from my wife for my birthday. They came sharp and I can tell immediately that the steel is of good quality. I’ve had Henckels knives for a few years but it’s been a very basic set. I’m happy to have it topped off with these quality steak knives.

Fits many different knife types!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fits my four professional chef’s knives (a 12” Twinstar, two 8” Pro series, and a rocking Santoku, as well as a filet knife and an 8” Elan bread knife. I can also place my two paring knives, my 5” serrated utility knife, and 8 of my steak knives into the block,
Added bonus space include a slot for my sharpening steel, my Henckels shears, and a cleaver that I have yet to purchase. The swivel action of the base is very smooth and responsive!
My only wish is that there were some of the thinner slots replaced with slots for additional santoku-style or chef blades - 4 is great, but 6 would have been perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great block - lots of storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Block is great and holds everything we need it to. The only down side is that the slots are a bit close to each other, making a very close fit for some of our larger knives that have large handles.
