I like to have strainers without feet for setting over bowls and easy storage. The fine mesh of these strainers are perfect for small pieces such as rice and lentils and are fine enough to double as a flour sifter.

great strainer

This is a quality strainer. The stainless steel is very sturdy. The small holes make it for draining almost everything even orzo. The high sides and sturdy handles make it easy to swirl to get out all of the water.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I use this for rinsing my fruits and then leave it on the counter for my family to enjoy!
Fine mesh strainer is also good for rinsing rice!

does NOT work for quinoa

Nice strainer HOWEVER multiple review mentioning being able to rinse quinoa. I don't know if they are lying, are buying some sort of uniquely large quinoa, or the design has changed to have larger holes - BUT quinoa will go through the holes! If you are buying this specifically to be able to rinse small grains like quinoa you will be disappointed!

These strainers are my favorite. They are made out of 18/10 stainless steel and are durable for heavy projects. I love that they stack because I have the tiniest kitchen around.

Awesome strainer, colander!

One of the best strainer I've had, this colander is perfect for washing & sieving vegetables, fruits and grains like rice, quinoa, risotto and pasta. This colander comes in 3 sizes and they are stockable. Strainer line features multifunctional perforated, nature of the colander allows liquid to drain through while retaining the solids inside. This colander is constructed from premium 18/10 stainless steel and corrosion resistance.

I tend to grab my strainer/colander at least 1-2x/ day! I use for washing/straining fruits and veggies the most, but can be used for more! I love the stainless steel look - sleek and modern and can easily be used as a fruit bowl on the table or counter!
