[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I experienced this product before I bought it, which is why I bought it. I was at a restaurant and they brought out fresh parmesan to grate. The waiter as soon as he was done placed the cheese in the vacuum bag and as I watched- I had to ask. He told me all about how it kept the cheese fresh!! Love love love all of my products, food staying fresh far longer than ever before! Can’t imagine not having this!

No more plastic zipper bags
