Design flaw

Design flaw with the cap that is used for charging and safety cover. The cap cracked at both contact areas . Disappointing as material is either to thin or cap fit is to tight causing the stress cracks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seal isn't great but maybe I'm not zipping up the bag properly. I had to suction air twice on the zip bags to hold the seal. I like how much smaller this is than the huge food sealing machines. Since bags aren't reusable for meat, it may not be as cost effective as other sealing machines.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use system. I use it to keep sliced bread, sliced jamón Serrano, artichoke hearts, tapenade, liver patés, just about everything. To try keep bags clean I first wrapped the food in Saran and then pull the vacuum. It works fine.
My only suggestion is to make the sealing system of the lid covers for the glass containers more simple and sturdy. I am concerned that these will not last and hope you will have replacements available if/when that happens.
