Great product with a slick design

Saw the review on YouTube and thought to give it a try, and we're not disappointed. The hands free vacuum operation is ingenious and there's no other product like it in the market. We love the overall design and quality of the product.

Great for coffee beans and loose tea

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’d been searching for a good way to store roasted coffee beans and loose leaf tea, but the available “vacuum” canisters touted for that purpose don’t really create a vacuum. They’re actually only vacuum seals that limit the amount of air the beans are exposed to. By contrast, the Zwilling vacuum bags create a true vacuum to protect the beans or tea from any air exposure. The small footprint and recyclable bags are a much better solution than the bulky, old style vacuum sealers with disposable bags. Unlike those, the Zwilling bags and containers can be easily opened and resealed. The containers work very well when marinating meats, allowing for intermittent turning in the marinade and resealing (I wouldn’t recommend marinating in bags due to the risk of getting liquid into the pump as some other reviewers have noted). Finally, Zwilling’s system is the only one I found with both containers and bags as options, which makes it much more versatile and useful. Only time will tell how long the Li-Ion battery lasts; unfortunately it’s not user-replaceable. Well done, Zwilling!

Dissapointing Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last November (2020) and I love the product! It definitely keeps the food I store in it fresh for longer. I like to always have berries (blueberrys, strawberries and blackberries) in my refrigerator. Before I used this, they would get shriveled up or start to get moldy in less than a week but with this my berries stay fresh for over a week.
But as much as I love it, the quality of the plastic used in the vacuum pump is so week that after a couple of months of use the lid part of the pump has cracked in 2 places. And I haven't dropped it or damaged it in any way.
If the quality was better I would give it 5 stars but being so breakable....3 stars.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
