Vacuum set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The vacuum pack works really well for extending the life of food in the refrigerator. I particularly like being able to have fresh herbs. I was hoping to use the bags with my sous vide cooker, but when reading the directions it appears that they are not intended for that use.
