[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The great feature of a good utensil/tool is that it frees one from thinking of the “other” stuff in the kitchen, so I could focus on what’s important… making nutritious and tasty food fir friends and family. Period. That’s what Zwilling does best… remove the guess work.
