Instructions are lacking in detail: how much food to put in bags, how long bags are good for just to name a few. I vac packed uncooked broccoli, I'll need to see how long it stays fresh.

Great set of containers to keep food fresh longer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's very easy to use and seal the container. So far we are very satisfied with the product. The plastic bags are not as useful as glass container because you cannot reuse it after storing meat.
