[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been looking at this starter kit for a while. Then while visiting a neighbor I noticed they had one. They love theirs so that did it for me. Just have used a bag so far. I think it was more user ineptitude that the product! I finally figured it out and yes it was me. Looking forward to using the glass containers.

Seals great to keep my dog's wet food fresh
