Amd also for doing recipes from The Noma Guide to Fermentation :o). A big upgrade over the ziplocks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had issues with my meal prep breakfast tacos that had eggs drying out and getting hard by weeks end. Zwilling has allowed me to start using eggs in my meal preps once again. The eggs are not hard which is amazing since I can start using more meal preps with eggs.

Liking it so far, haven’t gotten into wet marinade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m liking the ease of the vacuum seal, I haven’t sealed enough to sous hide, which will happen this weekend. Like the quality of the bags, I’m not concerned about bone on short ribs breaking seal.
