Diced avocado stayed fresh with zero oxidation hours later using the glass container. Perfecto for food prep or taking to a family gathering! I need more practice with the bags but they are easy enough to use. I think there was a bit of air pockets in my bag of pork chunks I wanted to freeze, but it was definitely much less than using a silicone bag. The sizes are good too. I bought Large bags separately but they are HUGE. The medium is much bigger than regular 1 gallon bags (or I'm used to small ones hah). Very happy with this purchase!
