I haven't used other sharpening steels, so I can't compare this to others, but it seems to do a good job keeping my knives sharp.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with our pro set. It took us like 10 store to find it. But I'm so glad we waited til we could find them.

Works Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried out the sharpener with my Pro set as well as with a few older Zwilling knives that I've inherited. It has sharpened each one so well they work like brand new knives.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it but the plastic handle really puts a damper on the feel of the sharpener and is the black sheep of my set
