Rough, Quick and Effective

The flatness hits more of the knife's edge to hasten hard work. Has lasted over a year already so diamond encrusted element doesn't quickly disappear. Recommend.

Sharpen with stability

This honing steel is different than most because its rod is thicker, which gives it more stability when using it to hone. By using this, I am able to lengthen the time between sharpenings and I love that I always have a sharp knife to use.

I use this in concert with my sharpening routine to align my blade edge. It is easy to use, lightweight and has a comfortable handle that feels secure in my hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharpener is miles above a standard steel, it’s not a challenge to sharpen a knife, and it takes a fraction of the work. I love it so much I bought one as a gift.

Great knives need great honing steel
