Maintainence is key

Maintaining your knives is mandatory. A honing steel realigns the edge while a diamond steel actually takes a small amount of steel from the edge. A honing steel is usually round in shape, while the diamond steel is flatter. I guess it becomes a personal preferece, but definately a must have.

Once you master the technique, you will use this all time. Good quality and durable steel makes it even easier to use.

Great honing steel to hang on the wall for easy access as you hone your knives with each use! Easy to use and will give you back that edge that you need for the best cutting and slicing tasks in your kitchen!
