Easy way to sharpen your knives

I bought this for my friend who needed to sharpen her knives, and it’s worked great for her! Super easy to use and really brings the edge back on your knives!

I run my western knives through this sharpener on a regular basis. It's easier than using a honing steel.

So Easy to Use

This is the perfect way to keep my Western style knives sharp. It takes up much less space and is significantly cheaper than an electric sharpener, and I can use it whenever I feel like my knife is losing its edge.

What could be simpler, more reliable?

I generally don't like pull-through sharpeners. Many can blunt an edge in a blink. BUT! This one has changed my mind.
The ceramic guides actually make it almost fool-proof. Blade-edge is nicely honed and gently sharpened depending on whether you use the fine or coarse grit.
If you're going to buy any Japanese knives ever, get the 4-stage sharpener set up for both blade angles.
