Easy to use Knife Sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A sharp knife is a must have in any chef's checklist. I used the Zwilling 2-stage knife sharpener and fell in love immediately. So easy to use and it makes old dull knives sharp enough to cut like butter. Just follow the instructions to gently pull the knife through both slots enabling it to sharpen from both sides. Be careful after wards, the sharpness is very much noticeable and if not taken care can lead to injuries.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just loved it, plain and simple. I am a cook in a high end restaurant and it's extremely vital to have sharp knives and a plus plus to be able to have a on hand knife sharpener that works supremely well.
