Comfortable grip...with small hilt to prevent mishaps. Takes care of burrs quickly and easily.

This sharpening steel has enough heft to help hone your knives easily. If they are too light , you cant seem to get enough pressure to make a difference on the blade. The handle is comfortable and makes it simple to get the correct angle, the correct pressure and the correct motion to properly maintain the edge on your knives.

Very good 10-inch steel. I prefer longer steels; I hate running out of run with each stroke. Well made in Germany with premium steel created to hold up to daily use over years.
