Misleading Title “Brand New” - Its Used.

I usually Christmas shop in advance to get the greatest/cheaper deals prior to Black Friday. I was excited to purchase this item for my nephew’s Christmas Gift as it cost $429.99 (plus HST). However, when it arrived it the box was ripped and the entire system just looks used. Usually there is a protective clear film you’d peel off from the screen and the cables are tied neatly, everything came open and just looked second hand. I’ll be returning this item and put $46 bucks more to get the Pokémon edition instead. Can’t give pre-owned items are gifts..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
