Great so far! Used 6 months in busy gym.

This is a great water fountain and bottle filler. We chose it for our Jiu Jitsu gym because it has two filters and a chilling feature. So many of our members comment on how much they appreciate the cold water!
The plumber who installed it for us said it seemed like a great water fountain compared to other ones he’s installed. This one was half the price of other brands so I was a little worried but now that we have had it 6 months, I can say it’s the best! The fillers lasted 6 months and I’m about to order replacements for the first time. I will set up for auto ship and hope this fountain last for years!

Difficult to install and faulty sensor

Honestly, it was harder to install than we anticipated but we found a handyman to help and got it installed. The water fountain is working, but the water bottle feature (the main reason we purchased this model) isn't working because of a faulty sensor. We are hoping to get it working because it looks very nice!

Installed in February 2026 by July it wants a new filter and indicated I've only saved 16 bottles of water.
