I like to use this foil cutter rather than the blade on the cork screw. It's so clean and easy to use.

Cuts Like A Knife

The sharp cutting wheels of this cutter remove the foil seal from bottles with a simple turn. Wouldn't expect any less from the world's leading knife manufacturer.

This foil cutter works great, just remember not to squeeze it without it on a bottle of wine because you could snap the plastic joint.

I have to admit, I have used my peeler to remove foil from a wine bottle. But no more! This foil cutter is simple to use and with one rotation around the rim, the foil is done.
