My phone is absolutely trash!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I purchased a brand new phone, I think I was sent a refurbished phone. My phone is very sensitive to the touch and I am unable to wrote a text message continuously without extra letter popping up or blue lines striking through my text. It will delete my messages from a simple touch from my fing we r, add emoji to text messages, every thing just go Jay wire. It happens randomly, but often enough that I find it difficult to utilize my phone. I contacted tmobile and they did some troubleshooting over the phone. Of course the issue stopped for a couple of days and I have still been having the problem. I just don't have the time to call Tmobile and sit with them on the phone regarding this issue, everything it occurs. I should have been issued a new phone. It really sucks because this phones are so expensive. So my rating is a big fat ZERO for my phone because it has been nothing but trash since I purchased it

The best phone that I have owned yet.

The Samsung Galaxy s25 is the best out of all of the ones that I have owened so far. The camera takes great pictures and is easy to use. The AI is an awesome installment. I love everything about it. The next phone I chose will definitely be a Samsung Galaxy or Fold.
