[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the new S25 through my phone carrier. It has been a great upgrade to the previous phone I had. S25 is a fast phone. I like the Gemini AI to look things up. My son enjoys asking Gemini to create images he likes. I have dropped it a few times and so far it hasn't cracked or broke!

I have great quality when I watch youtube videos or Netflix shows, and when I play games like clash of clans it is nothing but exemplary. 10/10.

When it's time to unwind, the immersive screen and speakers make streaming movies and live sports feel epic. Gaming is super smooth, and switching to work mode is seamless. It genuinely enhances how I do things every single day.

Great Phone, But Secure Folder Transfer Failed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m giving the Galaxy S25 3 stars mainly due to major issues transferring data from my old S22, especially with Secure Folder. I relied heavily on this feature for storing sensitive files, but after the upgrade, I found out that the encrypted data couldn't be read on the S25. The system just labeled everything as incompatible. I tried using an external USB drive as suggested in a Galaxy AI forum and followed a YouTube tutorial to manually transfer app data. Unfortunately, that made things worse—most files were unreadable and now appear as junk files on my new device.
Even worse, I can’t delete those unusable files without doing a full factory reset. I ended up manually copying individual files from the drive to the new phone instead of using app-level transfers, but it was a tedious process. Now I have nearly 10GB of unusable storage filled with corrupted files. Galaxy AI has some amazing features, but Samsung really needs to improve compatibility and secure data transfer options between Galaxy devices.
