Terrible new system. Just switched from the S20 5G and this new phone is Terrible. You have to swipe down and right to see notifications as opposed to them being right there less choice in phone set up, forced updates you don't want or need unless you're Tech savy enough to figure it out. A.I, galaxy assistant all forced to be on you're phone that i don't want but don't have a choice. So many system operations that it drains your battery. Basically had to give this phone a lobotomy to get it up to 17 hours minimum of battery life. I've since given the phone away and gotten my S20 5G fixed for simple and easy use again. Do not buy this for a grandparent or parent if they aren't tech savvy. They will not get it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The.Samsung s25 series has been one of my favorites since I switched to Samsung. Unlike Siri. ...Galaxy AI has not been nosey but very helpful. I didn't know until recently holding the power button activates galaxy AI and so easy to ask questions about the phone and Google questions too. I love using Google AI to restart my phone or turn off if necessary although I wish you could hold the power button down to shut off . Maybe I haven't discover everything yet. Samsung is mysterious but has a lot of features. I love how when it's time to clean up the phone you can find in easy or use galaxy ai. I stay familiar with all technology but galaxy ai is a great feature!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a loyal user of Note and Ultra sized Samsung phones, I found a good deal on my S25, so I decided to get it. Hey, if I didn't like it, I could trade it in. Well, turns out that I love it! There are times when those giant phones are just too big to carry around. I still have my S24 Ultra and a few older models. I switch between the Ultra and this S25 about every month or so. This phone (blue) looks so awesome and performs brilliantly! Although the screen is smaller, it is big enough to do anything I want it to. Remember that 10 years ago, this would still be considered a big screen! The Galaxy AI features are awesome too! I have so much fun with the photo editing and also using it for everyday tasks such as navigation, calling/messaging people, editing notes, and much more. It works much better than the poor ai from that fruity company! I highly recommend this phone!
