I purchased this binder to organize some very important papers for a client. The staff was very helpful during my visit and they seem to know locations of various items. I was also assisted with getting new business cards and with the great deal I purchased 500. They are very fast and professional. If I had ordered them online they would have taken at least a week or more. If I had been to the store earlier that day it would have been same day service. It was almost closing time before I arrived at the store and the young lady that assisted me with creating the cards was very patience and particular about how they looked. I picked them up the very next day.

This is the best binder that I have used for needs that are 1" or less. It is solid and allows me to have a cover sheet identifying what is contained in the binder and replaceable end labels. It is pricy but if it continues to provide the service that it has so far it is worth the price.

If you would like a binder that will last this appears to be your binder. If you take papers in and out often this binder is for you. It opens and shuts easily and locks well. Love it.
