We buy these binders every year. Depending on use they may last the entire year or you may need to add some tape to hold them together later in the school year. I feel like they could e less expensive.

This binder was filled with photos and information for a 100th Birthday celebration. The recipient loves pink so we chose that color. The binder has an expensive feel. looks good and is easy to work with. The D-Ring is a nice design. We will buy the same type in the future. The lady who received this gift loved it! it was a centerpiece of her display! She wanted her visitors to pick it up and handle it. For so many years binders of this sort were Spartan in their appearance. So glad Staples offers choices!

1"Staples Better Binder View with D-ring

I use this notebook for keeping my lessons in for my Bible College classes. I can also put extra paper in the back to use for the notes that I take during class. I really like the rubberized binding and edges of the notebook because I do to not have to worry about the excessive use causing the plastic to start separating. Also I don't have to worry about carrying it with me everywhere that I go. Most notebooks start showing the wear and tear on them along the edges and especially at the top and bottom of the spine especially if they are carried around alot but with the Better Binder that is not a problem. The vary of colors is a plus because I can use a different color for each class that I am taking or for each of my projects that I am working on. But whatever I use them for I know that I'm not going to wear out the edges or the spine of the book that I'm using a lot. I also like the way the pockets are made on the inside - it makes it very easy to slide any papers into with only one hand and not having to lift the pocket open enough to start to store my papers in like other notebooks that I have used in the past. So far I do not have anything negative to say about the Better Binder.
