I tend to destroy binders. I have to carry them back and forth between vehicles pull them out at sites and them toss them back TOWARD the storage box to sort them out later. Knowing this I tend to look for better binders. When I saw this model at Staples for only about a dollar more I took a look. The binders are much sturdier than the old versions I used that were just sections of cardboard wrapped in cheap thin vinyl. I've only had these a short time but they're holding up very well. Hardly a mark on them and no tears in the material since it's all hard plastic. Very sturdy!

Best 3 ring Binder in the Business

I buy these binders and make up reference binders for my customers to use as a sales and reference aid. I print a label for the spine in black on yelow tape on my Brother P-Touch. For quick reference I print the first page of our catalog and use it for the cover. I use my Brother Label Printer to print all of my contact information and stick it inside the cover for quick reference.I print all photos sell sheets and instructions and put them into Staples clear sheet protectors. When I get new information I can email a copy to my customers who can then print and put into the extra sheet protectors I always leave in the rear. The binders are very heavy duty and the rings hold up-I also use the 3" for my multiple product categories. I use My Rewards points to bring the cost down.

I have 220 sheets plus 4 dividers. I cannot turn the pages very well without ripping the paper. Very disappointed in the advertised capacity.
Does the job held up so far. Do not anticipate any issues! Great product for being store branded.

There are many designs for binders and over the years I have purchased and used many of them. This particular design is clearly one of the best for the overall construction and durability. Neat color selections (I like the yellow to note special material. Blue is for legal papers etc.). Not the lowest cost but the value is in how well the rings open and close securely.
I just quit buying any other binder. These are perfect multiple sizes and colors and I haven't worn one out yet. My granddaughter did ruin one getting it shut in a slammed van door . . .
