Excellent product! Exceptionally professional in its appearance. Used for final project at graduate school level and professor was impressed. Front cover offers title page that may be inserted as well as presentation along the spine of the binder. Inside the binder there are insert folders for the back as well as the front. Product is not generic by any stretch. Highly recommend its purchase.

Good spine; bad pockets

The rubber edges don't slide easily - I'll have to get a different music bag for quick in-and-out. It's wider than most binders so music doesn't stick out beyond the cover. Can't they make decent pockets? I need pockets but I put something in both sides and they immediately split at the bottom. Never had this problem with any other binder. Now I have to construct some kind of pockets myself. I like not having to worry about the back collapsing while singing or splitting the way most binders do.
I occasionally do sound and lighting in community theater. The binder holds my cut-up marked-up script pages 2-up in landscape format and placed in non-glare 3-hole protective sheets. I also place theater protocols equipment guides and production notes printed 2-up and duplexed on 3-hole plain paper after the script pages because the added weight helps hold the binder in place. I prop the binder open with the front cover up so I can see 4 script pages at a time to follow the action and prepare for upcoming light and sound cues. The rubbery edges keep the binder from sliding on the tabletop when I turn pages. The light and sound booth is usually dark with only a small blue or “blacklight” to follow the script and to emphasize cues I’ve marked with fluorescent highlighters. Yes it’s durable! During a move I lost an older version of this binder that I had used for about five years during fifteen theater productions and weeks of rehearsals. Post-pandemic I’m getting ready to do another show so now I needed a replacement. Fortunately this design is still available. My original binder did not have the inner front pouch with the stretchy closure. Not sure I will use it because filled with paper or other items it could be bulky and might cause the binder to close unexpectedly NOT something you want to happen during a performance!

I am value oriented as well as quality oriented however I am willing to pay extra for better quality. This binder is a little on the spendy side but the quality and sturdiness make it worth the extra cost.
