This binder was purchased specifically to hold my new SURFACE PRO USER GUIDE. It serves that purpose admirably. The outside label holder works perfectly and is easy to change. It even holds the Surface Profrom getting beat up.

This is a quality notebook. It’s sturdy with easy to open binder rings. It also has a vinyl holder for items that are not standard 8 1/2 x 11 sheets of paper. I was disappointed that it didn’t have pockets on the inside.
