This excellent binder has a specific use with me and that is to help with presentations that will lead to the sale or leasing of multi-million dollar properties and this product has lived up to expectations and has been an integral part of that marketing.

If you are looking for a folder that will hold up last a life time and not leave you with any ripped edges/bindings; this is your folder. The rubber seams last so much than the cheap folders its worth the purchase!

This is the Best Binder You will ever purchase. I like the fact that it is very lightweight which makes running to and from meeting a breeze. You do not feel like you are weighted down with heavy books. Additionally Inserting pages is a breeze the rings can be opened with one finger no more wrestling with the tabs to insert a page with the fear of it snapping shut. It is worth it buy a new set. You will be happy you made this purchase. I will be returning to Staples to see if it is available in the various sizes. It's worth it.
