Rubber spines - about time that someone came up with a better product. We use out in the construction sites to hold manuals that are looked at regularly. So far so good
I was disappointed that I had to return after 1 week of school but they gave me a replacement and so far so good. It could have easily been a lemon in the mfg; [...]. For the amount of work required in my daughter's binder and the need for organization and space it's a good fit.
Just have bought this binder. We use them daily 3 or 4 times a day. Not sure how they will hold up for long period of time. Hopefully better than others we have used which only last about 4 or 5 months.
3" binders are often required in middle and high school. In 2009- One brand heavy duty binder was not in good condition at mid-term-had to replace 3X that year. Brought Staples better binders at beginning 2010 school year for granddaughter. Two of three were in okay condition at end of school She requested the same this year because of durability -also they have a good color choices. They are worth the difference in cost. You pay more for cheaper binders by replacing.
Okay for kids but disappointed because the middle ring does not seem to close all the way and I am afraid my daughter will ruin or lose papers that she needs. Not the most sturdy or effective design by any means but she had to have it cuz it was such a pretty color!
