Rings don't close tightly together which causes papers to slip out when you try to turn pages in this binder. I wouldn't keep anything in it you care about. Other then the rings (most important part) it looks good.

Great binder. I was looking for a 3" binder that was stylish and still functional. This one has worked out great compared to the other bulky binders available.
