Binder has bottom ring almost broken

The bottom ring is not connecting tight. It did at first then after being used for school now its loose. So not sure what to do or say about something that is broken almost already!

3" Staples Binder

I have been buying these staples binders in 2" and 3" however the 3" seems to be less reliable and the rings open and cause the objects within the binder to fall out and for the amount of money I pay I expected a better quality and not one that would fall apart within 2 weeks and that's not with excessive use especially since it's proved to be unreliable.

I was surprised to find that the top two rings were very loose after only 5 uses. They let the papers slip through. I had correctly used the product by using the tab only to open it and snapping it closed. I probably got a dud. Will be returning it for a refund.

I purchased many of these binders for work purposes and have returned all of them already. The rings are flimsy and will not stay completely closed making it very difficult to look through data in these books.

I purchased this binder for sheet music that I keep in sheet protectors. The pages constantly get caught in the D-rings which makes the binder difficult to use.

Doing the Job

My daughter's middle school switched over to requiring all the kids to have 3" binders to keep all their notes and work in order. I have often purchased multiple 1" binders and they take up so much space and I have to replace the notebooks a couple of times through out the year. So far there is no sign of wear and she is happy with it's easy open and close.

Not very durable

Bought this binder for my middle school son. He dropped it within days and one of the rings is now out of whack. It won't close so now it's difficult to turn pages or notebooks. This may be a good binder but not very durable for school age children. It needs to be tough enough to withstand the carelessness of a kid.
