My daughter who is currently attending junior high needed to purchase a 3 inch ring binder for the school year. So we knew we needed a sturdy reliable binder that wouldn't fail her the entire year as well as aesthetically pleasing. With our budget the binder came in a little pricey but luckily we saved our old beat up binders from the previous school years and were able to redeem $2 off a purchase of a new binder with Staples binder recycling program. That really helps with keeping costs down to the bare necessity. Another bonus factor is that with the rubber spines we can eliminate the prickly cracked spines from the older dinosaur binders we used to purchase. The quality is amazing this will probably last her up into high school and beyond and she's notoriously rough with her belongings. The cons as though we could even find any are actually quite dismissible; the plastic side pockets can be quite unforgiving if stuffed beyond its limit but that's easily fixed by purchasing dividers with pockets. Overall we're hooked on Staples to shop for future school/office supplies from now on.

I loved how easy to open and close it was. I put my collection of weekly reader and time for kids magazines in it and it made for great organization. Buy it. Love it.

It handles the Job like a Pro

I purchased this book in order to organize a client banking statement and deposits for three different bank accounts for an entire fiscal year. Coupled with multicolored monthly tabs the system worked out as designed. The large amount of paper is organized although the closure sometimes slips. I like the options of colors that Staples offers. It is durable and keeps everything secure and in its place. Again it is the right tool for the job at hand. I would recommend this binder to anyone who needs to keep a large group of papers together.

I purchased this binder to organize manufacturer catalogs for a customer. My company furnishes schools with everything from classroom and administrative office furnishings locker rooms and bathroom partitions dance floors playground equipment playground surfaces and industrial shadeports. So you can imagine the number of catalogs we offer to our customers. I was able to customize the front of the binder to show our company logo and on the spine I put my company name my name and contact information.

These are wonderful to use hold many pages and so easy to use. They look nice on the book case. The u shape rings are so easy to add pages to.
