We found that the clips separate with frequent usage spilling the papers out.

I was looking for a light blue 3" binder when I saw this one in the store. Just what I was looking for. There are however two minor criticisms. First I wish the slip-in tag area on the end were wider. Next it is not the easiest thing to open. But it will do nicely.

I wanted something that would last a long time. I use this type of binder to share family histories and pictures with my family. I have made over thirty family history books using this type of binder.

This binder although significantly more expensive than a basic less expensive one really holds up. All corners are protected and the front/back don't tear from each other making this less expensive overall. I have never had to replace one yet unlike the others ones.
