Our company uses the Staples Heavy Duty view binder for all of our files. We love the durability of the heavy duty binders and the D-rings are much easier to work with when you turn from one page to another. I love Staples.

I've been using Staples binders for as long as I've had my business-- 14 years. They never disappoint. Sturdy-- they hold up for a long time even when I handle them daily.

This binder is just the right size for my notes which I receive from ed2go classes. They consist of 12 lessons 2 per week over a period of 6 weeks. Each lesson is lollowed by quiz. This binder makes it easy to review the notes of the current lesson. At the end of 6 weeks there is a final exam. With all of my notes in the one binder and the index it is relatively easy to look up any item I might have forgotten over the period of six weeks. I can also include supplemental notes and relevant references off the internet.

the Heavy Duty binders are great functional pieces for record keeping. Whether it is a primary for Business use (for record keeping) (Invoice and Purchase Order records). Use for Personal data reconciliation; such as Bank records vacation details and reciepts. School records such as report cards test results are easily recorded and tabbed in this type of binder. Fundraiser ideas and receipt are easily held in these folders. ou can also save your donations personel recors to alow easy communication with the donors.
