The folder stayed together throughout the whole semester for my son unlike other brands that fell apart half way through one semester.

Great Binders!!!

I'm the treasurer for a couple of fraternal organizations to which I belong. As such I purchased these binders to assist me in keeping track of our checking accounts and monthly statements.Basically what I do is keep the monthly statements in their respective binders for three years. At the end of that three yearperiod I transfer the earliest year to another binder for permanent keeping. But in the meantime I've always got at least two year's records at my fingertips in case any members need to know exactly how much was spent and on what. I also use these binder for keeping track of our savings account statements as well as our investment accounts. Should actually have bought more while they were on sale. They open easily and close securely each and every time. No misalignment of the rings when they close as used to happen with other binders.

I love the clear sleeve on the front. It's great for putting my class syllabus list in there for easy access. Both the front and back covers have a 1/4 (like most binders have) and a 3/4 sleeve. The 3/4 works great at holding loose papers in place and they don't fall out when you open the binder. The 1/4 sleeve is good for putting shorter pieces of paper (I like to put my study note index cards there). If you try to put a full size sheet of paper there it tends to fall out when you open the binder. The D-rings make it so much easier to turn pages and they lay nice and flat. The 1-1/2 inch size is perfect for holding all my class notes throughout a semester.

These binders can take opening and closing repeatedly without wear. They opoen easily and the D rings allow greater paper capacity

I bought this binder and it works pretty well but the dividers get hung up and have difficulty sliding across the binder part.

Not Heavy Duty Enough.

Disappointed. The binder was not heavy duty enough. Just days after using the binder one of the rings was already off alignment. My Middle Schooler; a non-rough girl kept it in her back pack. It was not overloaded with paper or misused.
