Excellent product but

I have bought and used several of these binders. Their D-ring weight and front cover are real advantages. My only complaint is that they do not contain the page-lifters contained in other similar products. 400 sheets of paper necessitate a front- and back-page lifter.

Durable and Reliable

4 months ago I bought a Yellow 1.5" of this binder and really like it. The binder costs $8.99 + TAX so about $10 each but it worths and is durable and reliable. This time I purchased a Green.

Professional attractive & sturdy binder

I purchased this great looking green binder to create a resource for a friend who is a Conservation Commissioner. I thought he could use a sturdy yet handsome binder for his Conservation Commission meetings and to use out in the field. It is a nice weight and the covers are very easy to clean. The D-rings open and close easily. There are see-through pockets in the front and the back of the binder for materials that are small or not easily inserted into the three-rings. I highly recommend this binder and plan to purchase one for myself.

Don't waste your money on cheap binders!

I use these notebooks to save my scrapbook essentials. Poems quotes how to's patterns anything I may use again in another scrapbook or another format. I make cards and scrapbook and occassionally small crafting projects. It's a major hobby that I enjoy very much. These notebooks help keep me organized. I tried cheaper notebooks and quickly decided to only buy Staples Better View Binders with D-Rings.. The sturdiness is unmatched by other competitors. I also have purchased these binders to store stories I have written. I have also replaced the cheaper kind which were purchased by my grandchildren's parents for school work with Staples Better View Binders. The grandchildren are delighted as the other binders tend to rip and fall apart fairly quickly. The notebooks are pulled in and out of backpacks and set down not to gently sometimes. They need to be tough and able to take some less than delicate treatment. The available place to title your notebook and the plastic sleeve inside the cover are also features I find very helpful. I just look up on the shelf and know which notebook I need. Highly recommend wouldn't buy anything else!

I like the spine label and D-ring but the pockets inside are awkward to use. This binder holds my papers well. Because the pockets are awkward I needed to add another folder inside which took up some room.
